Complete the HOW TO GET STARTED Section. This will give you lots of preliminary information and videos to watch. c. Please take the SITE TOUR! This feature will help your start navigating the COO. d. Set up your direct deposit, i.e. EFT management i. Go to the toolbar ii. My Business iii. Last item My EFT Management 5. Write down your sales sites. These are the links that you will give your prospects to order products and sign them up as coaches. 6. Schedule your Quick Start Call with your sponsor 7. Start the Coach Training Academy especially the HOW TO EARN lesson 8. Order the book “The Compound Effect” BY Darren Hardy. 9. Start thinking about your WHY and goals. About Me

My story?

I started a year ago as a discount coach. I was insecure and depressed. My life had very little meaning until I joined beachbody. Yes, I'm guilty ! I'm a beachbody nerd 😜 If the girl that was 200 lbs. that lacked self confidence could do it, I have no doubt you as a coach can. You know what it takes ? Don't laugh ....BALLS! 

Beautiful things happen once you step out of your comfort zone. It takes courage and daily habits to achieve things. FYI! I'm known as wonderwoman!

I graduated with a bachelors from FIU and pursuing professional school while I'm a full time employee at the university. I have a passion for teaching, helping people and God. 

Try my best to stay humble and kind all the time, you don't know others battles. Everything changed for me when my mother became ill and went through personal self esteem issues because people at my job picked on me, plus my relationship at the time kept putting me down. Unfortunately, this led me to very bad habits , one of them drinking and binge eating.

Has it been easy? Of course not! Nothing happens overnight, you can't expect to be amazing in one month. It takes trials and errors but you have to be so determined and convicted, that this makes you why strong.

Be subtle when adversiting your beachbody programs . Don't use caps locks too much unless you ARE THAT EXCITED ! Sample posts on facebook or interagency media 

Posted my excitement i was down 7 lbs! And ready for bodybuilding. Also how 21 day fix would help!

Post a workout pics of your program! This not only shows consistency , but you are a coach . You are using this product. For example, here is me saying 

"Before and after p90x3!" Sweaty vs non sweaty! Woo!

Incorporate your passions! For example mine is salt life and traveling ! Wooooohoo! I post photos of bora bora and exciting things I'm doing. Also , motivate others to live life with fire!
